MAXI coffee began trading on the Northside of Brisbane in November 2015.
My name is Adam and I'm the "A" in MAXI.
The "M" is my wife Mel and the "X and I" are our two boys, Xavier and Isaac.

Functions and events
We can cater for your coffee fix, whether it be a school event, Sports club, employee day or any organisation that is holding an event.
A coffee van can be a great inclusion to the success of the day.
We're entirely self-sufficient
At the beginning of 2021 we upgraded to a bigger van.
One that is more sustainable for the planet.
We use gas to heat the coffee machine and batteries to run everything else.
Meaning no noisy generators.
Our takeaway cups, lids and straws are all biodegradable.
As the heading suggests we bring everything with us to make your day and our day a success.
We can be ready to start making coffees in as little as 5 mins.
For larger events we do like to arrive an hour before the event starts.
Don't like coffee. (I'm ok with that)
We also have Hot chocolate, Chai powder, Tea, juice poppers and bottled water.
We also carry alternative milk.
Lactose free, Soy, Oat and Almond milk.
We also sell pre-packaged cookies, muffins and some healthier snack options.
Dedicated to Quality
We pride ourselves on using fresh locally roasted coffee beans from Fox Coffee and Norco milk.
